For customers that prefer a paper or electronic copy of their shipments, Benton Express gives you the option of having your Customer Shipment Tracing Report or Daily Shipment Report faxed or emailed to you daily.

Daily Shipment Report is a concise list of shipments of the previous day's pickups. It shows the Consignee, Pieces, Weight and Charges.

Customer Shipment Tracing Report is a detailed report of shipments within a 2 week span. It shows the Consignee, Pieces, Weight, Charges, Delivery information, Delay Comments, Appointment Status, and OS&D Comments. Once the shipment has a been signed for a clear delivery, it will no longer display on this report.
