We do this for our customers in an effort to make it easier for the shipper and the consignee to ship with Benton Express. With our lastest enhancements to our website, we have responded to your request, and we will continue to be your "flexible and responsive" carrier. Our Online Pickup Request form provides you with the an intuitive interface, that will save you time, provide you with a Pickup Reference number, and allow you to store your Shipper profiles for future reference. We still welcome your calls to our Support Center at (888) 423-6866, but we realize that your schedules do not always provide the luxury of the one-on-one assistance that we offer so we have given you an alternative. We invite you to use this tool, and are available to assist you if you have any questions about this new feature on our website.

This new feature allows our customers to put in several Benton Pro Numbers into the form, and receive an email for each and every shipment when it is delivered. Several months ago, we released a feature on our website that allows you to view the ETA of your shipment on the day it going to deliver through our shipment tracing form, but we have now went a step further and have provided you the option of having an email notification sent to your PC, PDA, or your customer's PC or PDA, seconds after the Consignee signs the delivery receipt.
